To Our Sunrise Auto Family,
 
We’ve been thinking about you a lot lately – our customers, our employees, and our greater communities. Your health and safety are our top priorities and at the heart of every decision we make.

We are monitoring the circumstances around the COVID-19 virus daily, and managing the appropriate response first and foremost to ensure the safety and health of our employees and customers.

We are diligently following the guidance and best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We have instituted a frequent cleaning policy, and have asked our employees to practice social distancing and appropriate hygiene in their work and daily routines.

As of today, we have been fortunate to have a full contingent of our team and auto technicians here to responsibly provide vehicle repair and maintenance services. So far, we have no reported illnesses in our employee population and we do require employees who are not well to stay at home until they are fully recovered to minimize any risk to their peers.

We remain available to our customers via phone and email in order to serve your needs from a distance. We are also able to provide free vehicle pick-up and drop-off services for your regularly scheduled auto maintenance and vehicle repair services. Meaning we are able to pick up your car from your home, take your vehicle to our shop for repairs and maintenance, and will drop your vehicle back off to your home after repairing and thoroughly sanitizing the interior of your car.
